Statute 63 120

1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 284.143, the superintendent of a facility shall devote his or her entire time to the duties of that position and follow no other gainful employment or occupation. 2. The superintendent of a facility is the executive and administrative head of the facility, subject to administrative supervision by the Administrator of the Division of Child and Family Services.
