1. After the initial terms, the term of office of each member of the Board is 4 years. If a person is appointed to fill the unexpired term of a member which is more than 2 years, the person shall be deemed to have served a full term. 2. A member of the Board may be removed by the Governor for good cause, and the Governor shall appoint a person qualified under this chapter to replace the member for the remainder of the unexpired term.
