Statute 630 103

1. The Board shall employ a person as the Executive Director of the Board. 2. The Executive Director serves as the chief administrative officer of the Board at a level of compensation set by the Board. 3. The Executive Director is an at-will employee who serves at the pleasure of the Board. (Added to NRS by 2003, 3426; A 2005, 2513)
