A person applying to renew an anesthesiologist assistant license pursuant to the provisions of this chapter who wishes to hold a simultaneous anesthesiologist assistant license pursuant to the provisions of chapter 633 of NRS must: 1. Indicate in the application that he or she wishes to hold a simultaneous license as an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 633 of NRS; 2. Apply: (a) To renew an anesthesiologist assistant license to the Board pursuant to this chapter; and (b) For an anesthesiologist assistant license to the State Board of Osteopathic Medicine pursuant to chapter 633 of NRS; and 3. Pay all applicable fees, including, without limitation: (a) The fee for biennial simultaneous registration of an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to NRS 630.268; and (b) The application and initial simultaneous license fee for an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to NRS 633.501.
