The Board shall waive the examination required pursuant to NRS 630.2692 for an applicant who at the time of application: 1. Is licensed as a perfusionist in another state, territory or possession of the United States, if the requirements for licensure are substantially similar to those required by the Board; or 2. Holds a current certificate as a certified clinical perfusionist issued by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion or its successor before October 1, 2009. (Added to NRS by 2009, 2944)
