Statute 630 2755

If a person licensed to practice as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of this chapter is not applying to renew his or her license and wishes to hold a simultaneous license to practice as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 633 of NRS, the person must: 1. Apply for a license to practice as a physician assistant to the State Board of Osteopathic Medicine pursuant to chapter 633 of NRS; and 2. Pay all applicable fees, including, without limitation: (a) The fee for biennial simultaneous registration of a physician assistant pursuant to NRS 630.268; and (b) The application and initial simultaneous license fee for a physician assistant pursuant to NRS 633.501.
