Statute 630 3675

If the holder of a license that is issued or renewed pursuant to this chapter is convicted of a felony for a violation of any federal or state law or regulation relating to the holder’s practice, the conviction operates as an immediate suspension of the license. (Added to NRS by 2009, 2945)
