If the applicant fails in a second examination, he or she may not be reexamined within less than 1 year after the date of the second examination. Before taking a third examination, the applicant shall furnish proof satisfactory to the Board of 1 year of additional training in homeopathy after the second examination. 3. If an applicant fails three consecutive examinations, he or she must show the Board by clear and convincing evidence that extraordinary circumstances justify permitting the applicant to be reexamined again.
