The Board shall adopt regulations: 1. Specifying the training, education and experience necessary for certification as an advanced practitioner of homeopathy. 2. Delineating the authorized scope of practice of an advanced practitioner of homeopathy. 3. Establishing the procedure for application for certification as an advanced practitioner of homeopathy. 4. Establishing the duration, renewal and termination of certificates for advanced practitioners of homeopathy. 5. Establishing requirements for the continuing education of advanced practitioners of homeopathy. 6. Delineating the grounds respecting disciplinary actions against advanced practitioners of homeopathy. (Added to NRS by 1995, 2797; A 2005, 761)
