1. The license of a person who does not actively practice in this State for 1 year automatically reverts to inactive status at the time the license renewal fee is next payable. If a person whose license has reverted to inactive status: (a) Continues to practice actively outside this State, the license may be reinstated to active status by the Secretary-Treasurer if the person pays the required reinstatement fee and complies with the conditions prescribed by the regulations of the Board.
