Statute 632 073

1. In addition to the Advisory Committee on Nursing Assistants and Medication Aides created by NRS 632.072, the Board may appoint such other advisory committees as it deems appropriate. 2. The members of any advisory committee appointed pursuant to subsection 1 are not entitled to be paid a salary or to receive per diem allowances for conducting the business of the advisory committee, but the Board may authorize reimbursement for the actual expenses incurred by a member for traveling to and from a meeting of the advisory committee.
