1. Each hospital or agency in the State employing professional or practical nurses, nursing assistants or medication aides - certified shall submit a list of such nursing personnel to the Board at least three times annually as directed by the Board. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 239.0115, each list submitted to the Board pursuant to this subsection is confidential. 2. A medical facility shall, before hiring a nursing assistant, nursing assistant trainee or medication aide - certified, obtain validation from the Board that the prospective employee has a current certificate, is enrolled in a training program required for certification or is awaiting the results of a certification examination.
