1. The Board shall supply the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Health and Human Services upon request with a list of each training program approved by the Board. 2. The Board shall share with each state agency which regulates medical facilities and facilities for the dependent any information the Board receives concerning disciplinary action taken against nursing assistants or medication aides - certified who work in the facilities.
