1. The Board shall cause the prosecution of all persons violating the provisions of this chapter. 2. The Board, or any person designated by the Board, may prefer a complaint for violation of NRS 632.285, 632.291, 632.296 or 632.315 before any court of competent jurisdiction, and it may take the necessary legal steps through the proper legal officers of this State to enforce the provisions thereof.
