1. Osteopathic physicians have the same rights as physicians of other schools of medicine in all respects, including but not limited to the treatment of patients and the holding of offices in public institutions. 2. All state and local government regulations relative to the reporting of births and deaths in any matter pertaining to the public health apply to osteopathic physicians with the same effect as to physicians of other schools of medicine. Such reports by osteopathic physicians shall be accepted by the officers of the agency to which they are made. (Added to NRS by 1977, 942)
