1. Examinations may be held once a year at the time and place fixed by the Board. The Board shall notify each applicant in writing of the examinations. 2. The examination must be fair and impartial, practical in character, and the questions must be designed to discover the applicant’s fitness. 3. The Board may employ specialists and other professional consultants or examining services in conducting the examination. 4. Each member who is not licensed in any state to practice any healing art shall not participate in preparing, conducting or grading any examination required by the Board.
