An unsuccessful applicant may appeal to the district court to review the action of the Board, if the applicant files the appeal within 30 days after the date on which the order rejecting the application is issued by the Board. Upon appeal, the applicant has the burden of showing that the action of the Board is erroneous or unlawful. (Added to NRS by 1977, 945; A 2011, 1037)
