1. The costs of any special meeting held by the Board at the request of an institution, organization, chiropractic physician or an applicant for any license or certificate issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter must be paid by the person or entity requesting the meeting. 2. A special meeting may not be held pursuant to such a request unless the person or entity requesting the meeting has submitted to the Board a deposit of money sufficient to defray the expenses of the meeting.
