1. All licenses must be signed by the President and the Secretary and be attested by the official seal of the Board. The required fee must be collected before a license to practice chiropractic is delivered. 2. A license to practice chiropractic authorizes the licensee to use the term 'chiropractic physician.' 3. A license to practice chiropractic must be displayed prominently at the licensee’s principal place of practice.
