1. The Board may issue a certificate to a properly qualified applicant to perform ancillary services relating to chiropractic, other than chiropractic adjustment, under the supervision of a chiropractic physician. The Board shall specify the formal training, including at least 12 months of study or the equivalent, which such an applicant must have completed before the Board awards the applicant a certificate as a chiropractic assistant. 2. An application for the issuance of a certificate as a chiropractic assistant must include all information required to complete the application.
