1. No seminar concerning Oriental medicine or acupuncture may be conducted in this State except in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Board for bona fide educational seminars. 2. Any person who violates subsection 1 is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Added to NRS by 1975, 214; A 1991, 1130)
