This chapter does not apply to: 1. A naprapath of any division or department of the United States in the discharge of his or her official duties unless licensure by a state is required by the division or department of the United States. 2. Any person permitted to practice any other healing art under this title who does so within the scope of that authority, or healing by faith or Christian Science. (Added to NRS by 2023, 1664)
