1. The Board shall elect from its members a Chair and Vice Chair. The officers of the Board hold their respective offices at the pleasure of the Board. 2. The Board shall meet at least twice annually and may meet at other times on the call of the Chair or a majority of its members. 3. A majority of the Board constitutes a quorum to transact all business. 4. The Board shall comply with the provisions of chapter 241 of NRS, and all meetings of the Board must be conducted in accordance with that chapter. (Added to NRS by 1979, 1254; A 2015, 2304)
