Statute 637b 195

1. The Board may issue an apprentice license to an applicant who has not yet completed a program of education or training approved by the Board pursuant to NRS 637B.193 or passed the examination prescribed pursuant to NRS 637B.194. 2. An applicant for an apprentice license must provide proof satisfactory to the Board that a sponsor has agreed to assume responsibility for the direct supervision and in-service training of the applicant.
