1. Before entering upon the duties of office, each appointed member of the Board shall take the constitutional oath of office. 2. Each appointed member who is a licensed veterinarian shall make an oath that he or she is a graduate in veterinary medicine and legally qualified under the provisions of this chapter to practice veterinary medicine, surgery, obstetrics and dentistry in the State of Nevada.
