Except as provided in this section and NRS 239.0115, all information received by the Board concerning an applicant for a license or a licensee, including the results of an investigation, is confidential. 2. If the Board takes disciplinary action against an applicant or licensee, the complaint and the action taken are no longer required to be confidential. 3. If the Board conducts any proceeding other than a disciplinary action regarding an applicant or licensee, its statement of findings and any order issued relating thereto are no longer required to be confidential. 4. Information concerning an applicant or a licensee may be disclosed, pursuant to procedures established by regulation of the Board, to a court or an agency of the Federal Government, any state or any political subdivision of this State. Notice of the disclosure and the contents of the information must be given to the applicant or licensee within 3 business days before the disclosure. (Added to NRS by 1985, 1246; A 2007, 2141)
