1. The Board shall adopt regulations pertaining to and limiting the activities of veterinary technicians. 2. Regulations adopted by the Board pursuant to this section do not reduce the responsibility of the licensed veterinarian for acts performed by the veterinary technician on behalf of the licensed veterinarian and under his or her supervision and control.
