Every veterinarian or veterinary technician licensed pursuant to this chapter shall report to the Board any claim for malpractice or negligence filed against him or her and its disposition within 90 days after the claim is filed and after its disposition. (Added to NRS by 1985, 1250; A 1995, 1683)
