1. 'Internet pharmacy' means a person located within or outside this State who knowingly: (a) Uses or attempts to use the Internet, in whole or in part, to communicate with or obtain information from another person; and (b) Uses or attempts to use such communication or information, in whole or in part, to fill or refill a prescription or otherwise engage in the practice of pharmacy. 2. As used in this section, 'Internet' has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 453.3625. (Added to NRS by 2001, 1066)
