Whenever a hearing has been granted by the Board, the Executive Secretary of the Board shall serve notice on the respondent of the time and place set for the hearing on the accusation. If the Board receives a report pursuant to subsection 5 of NRS 228.420, a hearing must be held within 30 days after receiving the report.
