Upon conclusion of the hearing or as soon as practicable thereafter and, in any event, within 30 days, the Board shall make, enter and file its decision and shall make, enter and file its order based thereon. A copy of the order shall promptly be served on the respondent and the respondent’s attorney of record, either personally or by registered or certified mail. The order shall not become effective until at least 30 days after receipt by the respondent unless otherwise ordered by the Board. (Added to NRS by 1967, 1660)
