Except as otherwise provided in NRS 640.145 and 640.146, to be eligible for licensure by the Board as a physical therapist, an applicant must: 1. Be of good moral character; 2. Have graduated from a school in which he or she completed a program of professional education for physical therapists approved by the Board; and 3. Pass to the satisfaction of the Board an examination designated by the Board, unless he or she is entitled to licensure without examination as provided in NRS 640.120.
