Statute 640a 010

The Legislature declares that the purpose of this chapter is to protect the public health, safety and welfare by ensuring that: 1. Only competent and scrupulous persons practice occupational therapy in this state; and 2. Persons who practice occupational therapy in this state maintain an appropriate standard of professional conduct. (Added to NRS by 1991, 986)
