1. The Board shall: (a) Hold at least two meetings a year at the call of the Chair or upon the written request of two or more members. (b) Elect a Chair at the first regular meeting of each year. (c) Comply with the provisions of chapter 241 of NRS. 2. A majority of the members of the Board constitutes a quorum. (Added to NRS by 1991, 988; A 2005, 979; 2013, 276)
