Except as otherwise provided in NRS 640A.172, to be eligible for licensing by the Board as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant, an applicant must: 1. Have passed the examination approved by the Board pursuant to NRS 640A.150; and 2. Hold a current certification as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant, as applicable, with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, or its successor organization.
