1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 640A.165, 640A.166 and 640A.168, a person who desires to be licensed by the Board as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant must: (a) Submit an application to the Board in the manner prescribed by the Board; and (b) Provide evidence satisfactory to the Board that he or she possesses the qualifications required pursuant to NRS 640A.120. 2.
