The provisions of this chapter do not apply to: 1. A person who is licensed pursuant to chapters 630 to 637, inclusive, or chapter 640, 640A or 641D of NRS, when acting within the scope of that license. 2. A person who is employed by the Federal Government and engages in the practice of athletic training within the scope of that employment. 3. A person who is temporarily exempt from licensure pursuant to NRS 640B.335 and is practicing athletic training within the scope of the exemption.
