Statute 640b 320

1. If the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification, or its successor organization, if any, ceases to exist or ceases to prepare the examination required by NRS 640B.310, the Board shall designate another appropriate national organization to prepare the test. If the Board determines that no such organization exists, the Board shall prepare or cause to be prepared a test which must be offered not less than two times each year. 2. The member of the Board who is a representative of the public shall not participate in preparing or grading any examination required by the Board. (Added to NRS by 2003, 899)
