Subject to the provisions of NRS 622A.200 and 622A.210: 1. The Attorney General and his or her deputies are hereby designated as the attorneys for the Board. 2. The provisions of this section do not prevent the Board from employing or retaining other attorneys as it may deem necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
