1. The Board may employ or contract with inspectors, investigators, advisers, examiners and clerks and any other persons required to carry out its duties and secure the services of attorneys and other professional consultants as it may deem necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. 2. Each employee of the Board is an at-will employee who serves at the pleasure of the Board. The Board may discharge an employee of the Board for any reason that does not violate public policy, including, without limitation, making a false representation to the Board.
