Statute 640c 310

1. The Board shall prepare and maintain a separate list of: (a) Persons issued a license; (b) Applicants for a license; and (c) Persons whose licenses have been revoked or suspended by the Board. 2. The Board shall, upon request, disclose the information included in each list and may charge a fee for a copy of the list. The fee may not exceed the actual cost incurred by the Board to make a copy of the list. (Added to NRS by 2005, 1122)
