1. A person shall not require a licensee to delegate the provision of music therapy services to another person if, in the opinion of the licensee, such delegation would be inappropriate or create a risk of harm to the client. 2. A person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Added to NRS by 2011, 1091)
