Statute 640e 170

1. A person who is eligible to take, but has not successfully completed, the Registration Examination for Dietitians administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, or its successor organization, may engage in the practice of dietetics under the direct supervision of a licensed dietitian who is professionally and legally responsible for the applicant’s performance. 2. A person shall not engage in the practice of dietetics pursuant to subsection 1 for a period of more than 1 year. (Added to NRS by 2011, 1502; A 2021, 334)
