Statute 640e 250

1. Any licensee whose license is revoked by the Board may apply for reinstatement of the license pursuant to regulations adopted by the Board. 2. The Board may reinstate the license upon compliance by the licensee with all requirements for reinstatement established by regulations adopted by the Board and payment of the applicable fee required pursuant to this chapter.
