1. A licensed psychologist shall limit his or her practice of psychology to his or her areas of competence, as documented by education, training and experience. 2. The Board shall ensure, by adopting regulations and enforcing the provisions of this chapter, that licensed psychologists limit their practice of psychology to their areas of competence.
