Except as otherwise provided in chapter 622A of NRS: 1. Service of process made under this chapter must be made by: (a) Personal delivery of a copy of the process upon the person; or (b) Sending a copy of the process by certified mail to the person at his or her last known address, as indicated on the records of the Board. 2. Service of process made under this chapter shall be deemed to be complete: (a) If a copy of the process is personally delivered pursuant to paragraph (a) of subsection 1, on the date on which the copy of the process is personally delivered; or (b) If a copy of the process is mailed pursuant to paragraph (b) of subsection 1, on the date on which the copy of the process is mailed.
