Failure to pay the fee for renewal automatically effects a revocation of a license to practice as a marriage and family therapist or clinical professional counselor 10 business days after the date of expiration of the license. The license may not be reinstated except upon: 1. Written application; 2. Submission of evidence of the completion of the required continuing education for the period the license to practice as a marriage and family therapist or clinical professional counselor was revoked, unless the Board has granted a waiver pursuant to NRS 641A.265; and 3. The payment of the fee for the biennial renewal of a license and the fee for the late payment of the biennial renewal required by this chapter.
