Statute 641a 2886

1. The holder of a license as a clinical professional counselor intern shall, before providing any counseling or other therapeutic service to a client: (a) Inform the client that he or she holds a license as a clinical professional counselor intern and is practicing under the supervision of an approved supervisor; and (b) Provide to the client the name of the approved supervisor. 2. A violation of subsection 1 constitutes a ground for initiating disciplinary action or denying licensure. (Added to NRS by 2007, 3054)
