1. The Board may issue: (a) A provisional license as a clinical alcohol and drug counselor to a person who has applied to the Board to take the examination for a license as a clinical alcohol and drug counselor and is otherwise eligible for that license pursuant to NRS 641C.330; or (b) A provisional license or certificate as an alcohol and drug counselor to a person who has applied to the Board to take the examination for a license or certificate as an alcohol and drug counselor and is otherwise eligible for that license or certificate pursuant to NRS 641C.350 or 641C.390. 2.
