Statute 641c 435

1. A certificate as a problem gambling counselor is valid for 2 years and may be renewed. 2. A certified problem gambling counselor may: (a) Engage in the practice of counseling persons with an addictive disorder related to gambling; (b) Assess and evaluate a person as having an addictive disorder related to gambling; and (c) If approved by the Board, supervise certified problem gambling counselor interns.
